our story
There are plenty of cold email tools. We built the one we wished existed.
We didn't set out to start a software company. We set out to send a lot of cold email, and found that every tool built to help us did the opposite the moment we tried to scale. So we're building the company we'd have wanted to buy from back then: one platform for people who actually send, priced so that growing your outreach never costs you more than it should.
SO HOW DID WE GET HERE?

CEO, Manyreach
Back in 2019, Manyreach didn't exist. We ran a lead-generation business, finding social-media-active local businesses for other companies to reach out to.
Then Larry Kim, co-founder of MobileMonkey, placed the biggest single order we had ever had: 20 million leads. We were determined he'd get as much value from that list as possible, which meant helping him actually reach those 20 million people. We did the math. To contact roughly 5 million businesses a year, we'd need to send around 25,000 emails a day, across at least 500 sending accounts.
Every outreach tool on the market charged per sender. Even with the deepest discounts we could negotiate, the quotes came back starting at a quarter of a million dollars a year, just for the capacity to press send.
We're software engineers. So instead of paying that to rent someone else's limits, we built our own tool to send personalized cold email at scale. To keep 500 senders manageable, we invented sender rotation. That internal tool became Manyreach.
It was born out of necessity: the thing we needed, and couldn't buy at a price that made sense.
why we're built differently
No skill tax.
The software industry loves high margins justified by nothing but "we're the ones who can build it." We refuse to price that way. Being able to write the code doesn't entitle us to overcharge for it. It obligates us to make the tool better and more affordable.
Your pay-as-you-go credits are yours, forever.
Buy credits with no commitment and they never expire. No "use it or lose it," no clock running on money you already spent. The volume you purchase stays yours until you send it.
No per-seat, no per-client.
Every subscription tier includes unlimited team members. Add your whole team, spin up a workspace for every client, and your bill doesn't move. Upload unlimited leads on any plan.
We bundle the expensive parts in.
Private IPs and email validation, the infrastructure that actually keeps you landing in inboxes, come included in the plans. We don't sell them back to you one line item at a time.
We're here for the practical entrepreneur.
Most tech companies chase enterprise logos with budgets to burn. We're not built for them. We're built for the operators who turn every dollar around twice, asking how to make two dollars out of one. That's who we were. That's who we build for.
why we charge what we charge
For most of our life we ran on one-time payments, and we liked the simplicity. But one-time payments have a problem: some of what keeps your emails landing (email validation, private IPs, server infrastructure) costs us money every month. A single upfront payment can't keep pace with a bill that never stops arriving.
So we added subscriptions. They fund the unglamorous infrastructure that decides whether your campaigns hit the inbox or the spam folder, so we can keep paying for it without cutting corners. It isn't a way to squeeze more out of you.
Pay-as-you-go is still here for anyone who wants zero commitment. Subscriptions are for teams who'd rather have their volume and advanced features included and predictable. Either way, you're not locked in, and you're not losing what you paid for.
why we charge what we charge
Everything the workflow needs is built in: sequencing and conditional follow-ups, a unified inbox that sorts every reply on arrival, a CRM made for cold outreach, adaptive warm-up that keeps your senders trusted, mailbox setup through Manysenders, and enrichment with Al personalization so every email lands like it was written by hand.
Connect unlimited mailboxes, email unlimited contacts, and add unlimited team members across unlimited workspaces. Most teams cobble this together from a sending tool, a warm-up service, an inbox, and a CRM sold by four different companies, then pay and learn all four. Here it's one login and one workflow.
how we price
Companies with big sales teams price by working out the most they can extract from you. We price more like a utility: cover the real costs, keep the margin honest, and make it up in scale.
Start on pay-as-you-go with no monthly commitment and credits that never expire. Move to a plan when you want more volume and advanced features included. We're not the cheapest tool on the internet, and we won't pretend to be. But among flat-fee platforms we're among the most affordable, and at agency scale we come out roughly 3x cheaper than tools that charge per seat or per client.
and the approach is working
We've been at this since 2019. Today, more than 1,000 teams run their outbound on Manyreach, and we're rated 4.6 on Trustpilot. Power users push around 25,000 emails a day through the platform. That's the exact volume that started all of this.
We're bootstrapped. No venture money, and no investor pushing us to sign up as many users as we can and upsell them hard. We grew because operators told other operators, and the only way to keep growing like that is to make the product genuinely good and the pricing genuinely fair. The only people we answer to are the ones who pay us.
TL;DR
This isn't a tool that'll disappear next year and take your credits with it. We've been here since 2019, with no investor steering us toward a quick sale or an exit, and we plan to be here for a very long time. Your pay-as-you-go credits stay yours. Your team, clients, and workspaces stay unlimited. And we'll keep being honest with your about how any of it works.
We're building the cold email platform we always wished we could buy. We hope it becomes yours too.
Your success is our success.
